ubiDOCS – Waste transport – mandatory fields of an identification form

After consultation with representatives of various systems, the OVAM proposal is to proceed with the following proposal for the fields on the form.
The intention is to establish a JSON format from this proposed structure. Initially, the format is intended to allow the systems to communicate with each other in a uniform manner.

The OVAM will eventually (during 2025) provide a REST API to load the forms to (in status final) to create the registry (aloog to the API of Matis).
