To log in ubiTT web platform, you need a user name and a password.
The credentials are given by one of your project administrators who creates your account in the system.
Make sure he entered the right email address linked to your account…
Indeed, in case you need to reset you password, this only will be done by sending you a reset link by email.
Ubidata follows the OWASP guidelines to secure the access to the system and prevent hackers to disrupt your operations.
If you forgot, or want to change your password, you will be asked to enter your USERNAME.
If you forgot your USERNAME, you should contact directly your project administrator or our support line…. the system won’t tell you that you have entered a wrong username.
The link to reset your password will be sent by email.
If the email does not exist, ubidata will send an email to the Project’s Administrator asking to fix the email address.
Procedure
Open ubiTT login page
- Click on “Forgot your password”
- Enter a username (or contact your project administrator if you forgot your username)
- Click on ‘RETRIEVE PASSWORD’ button
- You get a confirmation message with username (always, even if the username does not exist)
Check your mail box….
- Open the email you received from no-reply@ubidata.com
- Click on the reset link in the email
- Enter two times a correct password (minimum 12 characters)
- Submit new password
- The system prompts a success message and proposes to redirect you to the LOGIN page
You did not get an email?
- check your spams or junk box and unblock the sender no-reply@ubidata.com
- are you sure you entered the right USERNAME? If not, try again…
Security constraints
- The reset link is valid for 4 hours
- The reset link can be used only once!
- The system prevents you from requesting a new reset link for a period of 5 minutes
