You might want to document your deliveries by providing your clients with a specific document illustrating the statuses of the transport operations, as well as anomalies and pictures
POD layout
The layout of the pdf document can be adapted to your needs. ubiTT provides a standard document by default, but feel free to discuss with our team or provide a template to best fit your needs.
Dataset result
ubiTT provides a specific page where to find a list of POD’s linked to your activities under CUSTOM / POD as shown below:
You have to specify a period in order to perform a search.
Other fields are not mandatory but could be used to refine your search.
Remember that
1 – you can layout this table according to your needs (hide / reorder / filter columns) and save your layout in a template:
2 – bookmarks can be a good way to save the searches you do regularly and access them with one click:
The ‘info’ field can be adapted to your needs and opens a pop-up for a quick read of the progress of the operations.
A click on the pdf icon opens the pdf document.
You can download or export by mail 1 or more pdf simultaneously using the check-boxes.
