As a warehouse manager I want to be warned when a truck arrives at the depot. I am
not working in front of a computer, but I have my mobile phone in my pocket. Can
ubidata do sth for me?
Of course, we can!

Start to create a POI and/or geofencing zone around your depot.

Then, create an alert rule and let the system warn you through SMS or email directly on your mobile phone.
One of my asset was involved in an accident. I know the place and the date and time it supposedly happened.
None of my drivers did mention anything to me.
What page of ubiTT should I use to confirm?
You have different options.

The easiest is to use the DISPATCHING / FLEET page. Enter the day and time and zoom on the map on the location. You will have in a glance all the assets that where in the close neighborhood.

If more than one asset was present, you can deepen in the analysis by using the REPORTING / TRIP OVERVIEW page for any of the suspect asset.

You could also create a POI where the accident took place, and run the REPORTING / POI on the date and time. This would provide the same information as above but on a tabular form.
I have the impression that some of my clients take too much time to load my trucks.
I want to charge them the lost time when my driver is waiting more than an hour.
